Inspired by an old hay barn, The Dutch Clubhouse blends modern ranch architecture with flexible indoor-outdoor spaces spread across 8,000+ square feet, creating an inviting environment for year-round gatherings. Its Great Room acts as a shared living space for the community, complete with a social kitchen, two-way fireplace, gallery wall of commissioned art, and sweeping lake views.
