Blossom Rock Celebrates Two Years
Nearly two years after opening, Blossom Rock, by Brookfield Residential, has quickly established itself as one of Apache Junction’s most dynamic master-planned communities surpassing 500 home sales and welcoming almost 1,000 new residents since its debut. The community will celebrate these milestones and more during Bloom, its signature spring event on Saturday, March 21.
Taking place from 11 AM – 2 PM on Saturday, March 21 at Painted Sky Park, Bloom at Blossom Rock will celebrate the season and highlight the community’s rapid growth while offering current residents and potential prospective homebuyers an inside look at new builders, new model homes, and upcoming additions shaping the next phase of Blossom Rock.
Since opening in April 2024, Blossom Rock has attracted a diverse mix of young families, growing households, and empty nesters drawn to its scenic outdoor lifestyle and strong sense of community. Residents enjoy access to a wide range of amenities including the private, resident-only Dutch Clubhouse and Pool Pavilion, miles of nearby trails, and thoughtfully designed neighborhood parks.
Residents also have access to two linear parks, Ridgeline Trail and Ironwood Trail, that will tie into the sophisticated parks system providing opportunities for walking, biking, and outdoor recreation, and seven new neighborhood parks: Oro Canyon Park, Officer Facio Park, Fremont Park, Sombrero Butte Park, Reavis Run, Galena Park, and Treasure Park, each designed to sit within two blocks of surrounding homes for a total of 12 neighborhood parks within the community.
“Blossom Rock looks very different today than it did when it first opened, and it’s been exciting to watch the transformation,” said Eric Tune, Brookfield Residential Senior Vice President of Development. “From new homes taking shape to new neighbors moving in and more opportunities for residents to connect, there’s a real sense of momentum here. Bloom is a chance to celebrate how far the community has come while giving people a glimpse of what’s still ahead.”
The Bloom event coincides with a period of significant growth for the community. Several new builders are entering Blossom Rock, bringing fresh home designs and additional housing options at prices from the $400’s. Richmond American Homes recently celebrated the opening of their Green Court models and is currently pre-selling their new single family homes, with those models scheduled to open on March 21, while Meritage Homes plans to debut its new models in late April.
Additional builders–including Shea Homes, Risewell (formerly Landsea / New Home Co.) and DRB (formerly Brightland Homes), are also preparing to introduce new residences, with model openings later this spring or summer. Existing builders Brookfield Residential and Lennar, continue to expand their offerings as demand for new homes grows.
To support the increasing number of families moving into the area, Blossom Rock will also celebrate the upcoming April groundbreaking of Great Hearts Academy, a kindergarten through fifth-grade school slated to open for the fall 2027 school year.
Set against the scenic backdrop of the 16-acre Painted Sky Park, Bloom at Blossom Rock offers an afternoon filled with floral-inspired experiences, live music, food trucks, free family-friendly activities and fun for all ages. It’s a perfect opportunity to celebrate the season and discover life at Blossom Rock.
